Jeg har gennem min egen erfaring og uddannelse ved DGI og DAF taget skridtet videre som personlig løbetræner og løbecoach.

Jeg har trænet og rådgivet flere gennem den seneste periode indenfor løb. Store projekter, kortsigtede projekter med fokus på at gennemføre et bestemt løb til rådgivning og tips til, hvordan de kunne blive bedre løbere.

Som personlig løbetræner og løbecoach tilbyder dig kompetent rådgivning indenfor løbetræning. Jeg har meget stor erfaring på egen krop og gennem uddannelse, og mit drive er at hjælpe og motivere netop dig!

For at blive god til at løbe, så bliver man nødt til at træne meget og kontinuerligt. Der skal ydes et stykke arbejde for at kunne høste resultater. Det skal gøres med omtanke, det skal gøres tålmodighed, forsigtighed og motivationen skal være der.

Så kort og enkel er min opskrift på at blive en god løber. I praksis er det dog noget helt andet. Der er langt fra tanke til handling – for hvilke veje skal man forsøge sig? Der er utallige træningsprogrammer på nettet, og nogen mere ”rigtige” end andre.

For de fleste vejledninger, som hurtig dukker op i ens søgen efter råd og hjælp er fællesnævneren typisk, at man skal opnå det dobbelte på halv tid. Med disse programmer skal man helst blive verdensmester på meget kort tid. Det vil jeg gerne skrive under på ikke er den vej der er den mest bæredygtige.

Min træningsfilosofi som personlig løbetræner og løbecoach bygger på ordene; struktureret, kontinuerligt, vedholdende, tålmodighed og forsigtighed. Det skal man selvfølgelig have til at passe ind med glæden og motivationen i træningen.  Det hele skal gå op i en højere enhed.

Der findes altså ikke blot én model, som kan få det bedste ud af alle, men jeg tror på at man skal finde den løsning, som passer til ens egen fysik og mentale engagement. Således skal man bygge et solidt fundament, så vi kan bygge pyramiden rigtig høj.  Vi skal med andre ord sætte flere penge i banken end man hæver.

Derfor tror jeg på, at et roligt tempo med mange kilometer i træningen er vejen frem. Om det skal være 30km – 50km eller måske 150 km om ugen, det afhænger naturligvis af dit udgangspunkt.
